Firstline Communications Installation Service provides a high quality, cost effective solution for customers who wish to outsource the installation of their rack mount equipment.
Installing the latest telecommunications technology
Firstline Communications Hardware Installation Service is available to physically install rack mount devices. The service provides complete management of the entire hardware installation process from acceptance of deliveries through to installation of hardware & cabling in accordance with industry & manufacturer standards.
- Deliveries are accepted into Firstline Communications hosting centre and secured in the customer storage area. Firstline Communications notify the customer of accepted deliveries and forward on all shipping documents
- Firstline Communicationswill install the supplied mounting kits and customer equipment as defined by the customer and Telewire operations
- Equipment is installed in cabinets in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and industry standards
- Firstline Communications will install patch and crossover cables as required for customer equipment located within the cabinet
- Power cabling will be connected to all customer devices within the cabinet. Device cable management and routing will be used to ensure that cabling is neat and orderly
